Claire Stewart

Claire is a seasoned coach at Coastal Crush with 9 years of indoor volleyball experience with middle school, high school and club volleyball teams in north Alabama. She began her career at Vestavia Hills in Birmingham and then moved on to Hazel Green in Huntsville for school ball. She played with club teams in Birmingham including Birmingham Volleyball Club and Magic City Thunder.  Throughout her career, Claire played as a defensive specialist and right side hitter.

In 2005 Claire played with BVC and went on to qualify for and play in the Junior Olympic National Volleyball Championships in Salt Lake City, Utah. In 2008, Claire was named Wendy's High School Hesiman winner at Hazel Green High School.

Claire Stewart moved to Pensacola in 2014 and currently works as the Director of Communications and Special Projects in the Division Advancement at the University of West Florida. She now plays extensively on beach circuits throughout the Gulf Coast.
