Josh Steele

Josh is currently teaching at Milton High School. He has fifteen years of club coaching experience. In 2017, he head coached our CCVC 18 National team and has previously coached at the West Florida Waves and Pensacola Lizards. Josh also coached for three years under Melissa Wolter at the University of West Florida. Coach Josh Head coached at Washington High School from 2017-21.  Prior to taking the head coaching job at WHS, he coached for three years as the JV head coach. Coach Josh has been married to Jessica Steele for sixteen years and has five children, Luciana (14), Cortez (12), Tobiah (9), Zane(7), and Giana(3). Josh loves volleyball and loves the opportunity to grow the game as well as athletes.

Our 2018-19 season Coach Josh moved into a new roll of Operations Director for Pensacola Area. As of May 2019, Coach Josh is the Operations Director of Coastal Crush. We are excited to have him in this position as he embodies the heart and soul of our club.
